    • Conduct research across male/ female partners and clients to uncover missed opportunities and areas for improvement in selling to top women executives.
    • Co-created 4-hour workshop that delivered insights on marketing and selling to women executives and was tailored to the Deloitte process of client relationship-building.
    • Results:
      • Marti’s delivered her tailored workshop 15 times around the U.S. to partner groups and Deloitte’s Executive Committee.
      • Evaluations:  98.5% of attendees responded that the “4-hour workshop was a good use of my time”
