A Fortune 100 company, with $131 billion in total assets, Allstate sells 13 major lines of insurance, including auto, property, life and commercial, as well as offering retirement and investment products and banking services.
Situation: Allstate needed an agent training program which included women as a major sales target.
TSG’s Role: partnered with client’s Instructional Design resources to:
Integrate agent training within Allstate’s curriculum.
Create & deliver full-day workshop focused on marketing and selling to women.
